Flash Player 10.3 msi download link not correct

When I try to download the Flash Player 10.3 msi installer from this page:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html
The file that actually gets downloaded is ver 10.2.159.1 
The exe install is correct.
I need to get the msi file, can this link be corrected?
