Flash player not working

Hey friends

My flash is not working. I have install it . but still its not working, I am working on win xp 2 . google chrome..

what should I do...

I cant view videos ads and all the stuff working on flash.

I just install flash player10.2
although chrome have built in flash. But still its not working.

Means I am not able to watch Youtube videos
