Spark resizable custom panel skin

Hi everyone,

I would like to make a custom skin in Flash Builder for a resizable window.

My skin consists in a monocolor backgruond and a border with rounded corner.

Precisely the border I made is this:

I would like the straight borders to repeat when the window is resized.

How can I do it?
