Instruction for camera raw (ACR)

I recently started to shootraw with Nikon 7000. When I open NEF files, it prompts camera raw (ACR).

I see a lot of new parameters, like Fill light, Recovery, etc.

When I looked up Photoshop Help, I could not find information on the use of ACR.

I have no idea what Recovery or Fill light is used for.

Where should I look for the instruction?

Fill light is used to lighten shadows.
Recovery is used to tone down overexposed highlights ( within limits of course)
As far as instructions go...sorry, no idea.

I open Photoshop Help, type in camera raw into the search box, check the [ ] Adobe reference only box, and hit return. I get all kinds of Camera Raw documentation, including Open images in Camera Raw. This seems like a good starting point and has the link Work with Camera Raw in it.

As far as using the individual sliders... Just move them around and see what they do visually.
