I'm able to use my username/password combo to access Adobe.com (obviously-here I am!) but when I select Collaborate from within Captivate 5 I get the message "User has not verified email address yet". I don't recall getting a request to verify my email address. Anyone else have this problem?

When you login with the same AdobeID and Password into the Acrobat.com website, does it have you go through the validation process?
There is an additional verification process as part of Acrobat.com that is different from you main Adobe account for use of the services.
