Soundbooth stalls when saving

Good afternoon all,

 

I've been having some problems with Soundbooth

I opened an MP3 file, applied the filter "Loudness: Everything Same Level" and then attempted to save it. The load bar comes up but only reaches about 80-90% before it stalls. I've tried closing the program and reopening, and even restarting the computer, but it always stalls at this same point. I say "stall" because it doesn't freeze. I can click cancel and can resume editing.

 

I'm using Soundbooth CS3 and I'm on Mac OS 10.6

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance,

    I am having the same problem - ( CS4 Soundbooth 1.0, MacOs 10.6.8,, 2,66 Intel Core Duo 2 )

    When saving a big file soundbooth just stops at 98% in the saving dialog box and stays there for hours... .

    And nobody seems to have an answer for this... :-(
