Read PDF File in Andriod Mobile

Dear Members,

 

I want to develop Flash Builder Application using AIR sdk to View the PDF files in Andriod tablet/iPad.

 

I am not able to include the pdf files with setup. Please guide me that how can I view pdf files in iPad/Andriod application.
