When we start Adobe Bridge from the Start menu, we receive a message:
Adobe Bridge CS5 has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.
If we hold down CTRL while clicking the shortcut, and delete all preferences, the same error occurs.

Exception code: 0xc0000005
Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, 12GB RAM
Any solution for this?
did you install any product or updates from Adobe?
and can you stably reproduce the crash from your machine? if yes, can you please send me your contact information taht we could help to resolve?
I have the same setup you do w/o problems. Since I don't have the error, I can't help directly, but if there's anything (within reason) I might be able to do to help by comparing installs or whatever, just let me know.
Discovered that the problem was profile related. The original problem occured when a user who does not need to use Adobe CS* was logged in, and an Adobe user tried to launch Bridge.
If the Adobe user logs in herself the problem does not occur - it may be permissions based or a corruption on the Adobe profile preferences.
