3 pixel jog problem?

I trashed the cs3 and rebuilt in cs5 both to negate probs and to learn,

still a few issues when I move between browser versions. IE in ie7 there is a jump when nav between home and news. Is this the 3 pix jog problem???? I would also like to ask if there are any other probs befor I go ahead, any advice greatly appreciated  tnx.

    It's not the 3 pixel jog bug as it happens in all browsers and I think the 3 pixel jog only affected IE6 if I can remember.

     

    Try the below css on the 'news' page.

     

    html { overflow-y: scroll; }

     

     

    A jump like this is usually caused by lack of content on a page which does'nt need a vertical scroll bar, however the news page doesn't look short of content but try the fix just incase.
