'Cannot Contact Reliable Source' error

I keep getting a 'cannot contact reliable source' err

or when trying to install Adobe Flash Player 10.3.

Anybody know what this means?

the flash player forum is not the same as the flash forum.

You thought right, you did post it here, but I am suggesting you might get better results if you post in the Flash Player forum.
