Got it trying to install Flash Player 10.3

What operating system & browser?

Try downloading the installer from http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html, save it to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.

This is weird; the installers download for me in seconds.  Are you in the UK by any chance?

This fixed my problem after 48 hours of anger.  Thanks Pat.  I'm using Windows7 64-bit, Firefox 11.  I chose the Windows Other Browsers .MSI download and good to go!
