Any alternatives for the Adobe Document Center (ADC)?

Hi guys,

 

Would you kindly advise some third party alternatives or some more strong web applications which provide the life time PDF files’ authorization mechanism hosted on the cloud computing platform now (2011)?

    Any web apps developers in this forum?

    Why it is impposible to deploy the Adobe LiveCycle Rights Management ES in this ADC?
