Which type of encoding should use in barcode character encoding for cyrillic characters?

Hi All,

 

Can anyone tell me which type of character encoding should use for cyrillic alphabets in adobe live cycle designer for barcode encoding?

I have used UTF8 as character encoding in barcode but scanner is not supporting UTF8.
