eSignature using TOPAZ 1x5 Model T-S460 - adobe pdf online sign issue

Hello Everyone,

 

I am using a adobe pdf document to test electronic signature captured from topaz signature pad. Everything works fine when i open the document in my desktop and I can actullay sign the document and the topaz plugin works fine. When the document (enabled reader usage rights for signing) is opened online (from a web server), the pdf opens and at this time, if I try to sign the document (drag and draw the signature box), the box wont stay and nothing happens. Can any one of you tell me what am i missing here? By the way, I am using Adobe X Pro Trial software.

    I have found the solution for this issue. The document that i was using for signatur has document restriction 'Changing the document' Not allowed. I recreated the document and made sure that the pdf (File -> Properties, under Document Restrictions Summary, 'changing the document' is allowed. This also helped in resolving another error message (Adobe error 26). Thanks! Anand Alagappa
