Flash Action Movie Stop but another layer set to loop

Hi, is it possible to put a command in for a movie to stop, stop();
but have a layer within your flash movie always loop?

 

For example I need the movie to play to bar 1-50 then a stop but I have a looping anmation that I need to always run.  How do I put in a stop for my movie but enable the animation I have created to alwasy loop?
