Need a PS filter / add on to help create a line drawing....?!

Hi
I am looking for a filter or an add on that will help me create a simple line drawing from a full colour photograph.
the reason is to show dimensions of a product
i want to produce something similar to the image below from a photograph without having to draw each line
Any help will be appriciated.
