Firewall issues

Is there anyway to watch the Adobe Live videos without going through our firewall. We can't watch any videos...ect... Is there someone that can send zip files of of videos and/or is there a disk that maybe has the videos on it? I am interested in the Easy Catalog parts 1-3 videos.
