How to Access Specific ItemRenderer in a DataGrid

Sep 16, 2011 7:59 AM

Hi,

How can we access a Specific itemrenderer. I have a custom component as an itemrenderer for my datagrid in the 4th column. If I edit third record in the datagrid and i want to access my itemrenderer in the fourth column, how can i achieve this. i.e, i want to access (3 row, 4 column) itemrenderer as a custom component object, so that i can call a internal method in the custom component.

please let me know if you need any more details of this problem.

Plese click this link to see the image of itemrenderer http://goo.gl/iUyuP

regards,

krishna

Accessing another renderer is not a recommended practice.  However, you can

probably subclass and add a method to get at the listItems array.
