Blackberry Tablet OS - certificate permission denied

I'm having problems getting my Playbook working with Flash Builder 4.5.1. I installed the tablet sdk, but I'm getting this error message when creating a certificate.

Update: I got this working by changing the permission on the SDK files.

cd /Developer/SDKs/

sudo chmod -R 777 Research\ In\ Motion/
