Problem with Installing FlashPlayer on Vista

I am having severe problems with installing Adobe Flash Player for Vista 32bit.

 

The issue has gotten worse when I tried to use my developer version of flash player with the online service of sirius xm.

 

This site needed a full functioning flash player.

 

My flash player has been broke for months.

 

Install / Uninstall / Install / Uninstall

 

Tried page with tips on known issues...etc...

 

I need support.

 

The installer gets stuck in memory and doesnt copy/download files onto my system.

 

Any support would be appreciated to make my flash player work on Internet Explorer 9...recently upgraded...!yay!
