How do I eliminate white space in a form after a user event?

I have uploaded my sample of a portion of a large interactive PDF that I am creating. I was able to make any unchecked ckeckboxes disappear when the user hits the submit button. Now I need to close up the white spaces that are left so that the overall form shortens in length. I have tried many things and have been at this awhile, so I could really use some help. I do know a fair amount of JavaScript, but have only used it in web development, not in Acobat. But I am open to using it instead of FormCalc if that would yield better results.

I would greatly appreciate any help/advice. Thank you!
