Flash Player installation to my mobile phone?

I've recently gained upgrades on my LG E900 phone & I am now able to install Adobe Flash Player. However I am unsure of how to proceed from the screen that shows 3 screen layouts which tell me how to respond to prompt questions, can anyone help me please?
