We purchased several licenses for the Technical Communications Suite 3.0. Unfortunately, we can not get the Creative suite color settings feature to enable in Bridge.

i have been on the phone for several dasy with Adobe and can get no help with this issue.

So far we have tried tthe following:

1.  launch Photoshop and then start Bridge and tried to enable the Creative Suite Color Settings

2. Fix permissions on the Adobe color cache folder

3. Clear the Adobe color cache folder.

we have also upgraded to the Technical Communications Suite 3.5 and this has not help the problem.

We know that this feature is only available as a creative suite feature and all our licenses were bought and installed as a package.

We are running Windows 7 Enterprise with a 64 bitoperating system.

Please help we are very frustrated.
