Steps to Reproduce:Using Internet Explorer 9 with Flash Latest Version (11,0,1,152)
Actual Result: Transparent become Black, you can see black flash at http://www.bahrainbourse.net/BHB/default.asp?language=en
Expected Result: Transparent remain Transparent
Any Workarounds: Changing Flash Background color from Transparent to the actual background (im my case white)

Replaced by
bgcolor="#F0F0F0"
At the present time, a combination of an older Intel graphics driver, Internet Explorer 9 and Flash Player 11 has the problem where the transparency function shows black.
The current corrective options for a person with this problem are:
Update to the most recent generic Intel graphics driver or,
change Internet Explorer from GPU rendering to software rendering or
uninstall Flash Player 11 and install Flash Player 10.3 or
roll back Internet Explorer to version 8 or
wait for Adobe to issue a fix.
I cannot reproduce your problem on my machine(Win7 64 bit+IE9).
I opened a bug https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3019125 in our public bug base. Would you mind if attach the dxdiag information of your reproducible machine to this bug?
Thanks!
