Mac vs Pc

Ok-I bit the bullet and bought my first Mac after owning several pc's.  I have photoshop CS5 for my pc and want move it to my new mac.  Is this possible or since I purchased it for the pc am I out of luck?  Thanks-

    Call Adobe Customer Service and ask for a "crossgrade".  It involves destroying your windows copy and paying a nominal fee for shipment of the Mac version of the software.  The activation will cease to work for the PC version.

    The Macintosh version of the software will of course come with a new serial number for the Mac.
