for the jQuery mobile/PhoneGap workflow I'd love to see a similar feature to the "Run" functionality you get in the Android SDK.
Background: if you have your Android phone connected to your computer and have USB debugging enabled you can directly install and run projects on the phone from inside the Eclipse IDE.
Since you seem to employ the same tools (ant + SDK) for the "Build and Emulate" functionality I guess it shouldn't be too hard to also incorporate a "Build and Run".
Benefits:
fast(!) debugging and testing without having to wait ages for the emulator to load
testing on the platform rather than on the emulator to find all the little things that differ from the emulated device
what do you think?
