Convert SWFs (many) to PDF

Hello,

 

I'm new to flashpaper and I got the task to find a solution for converting many flashpaper SWFs (more than 1000) to PDF.

 

Is there a way to convert them with a command line tool, so I can use it in a batch file? Or is there any other way of converting these files, ideally in Java as the converted files should be used in a Java environment.
