If you click on the "Store" link at the top of the page, there should be a number of options for communicating with sales. And yes, you can get an educational license and discount with the appropriate credentials; there should be information about that as well on the Store page. I don't believe the educational version is any different than the "commerical" version; there might be something in the licensing, but the software itself is identical.
