Clarify the Apple Developer Subscription

We have 3 designers who will be producing the Articles for a single .folio using IDCS5. Does each designer need to subscribe to be an Apple Developer?

And do we need to subscribe for an additional Apple Developer for each separate publication account? or does this singular Apple Developer subscription cover our whole company no matter how many separate publication accounts we have for 1 year?
