Moving Files on a Ipad job get error in folio builder

I have built an Ipad job with vertical and horizontal pages all is fine and the folder was on my desktop as we did this to sell the idea to a client.

The client loved it we shared it with her via her ipad with adobe viewer, all good so far.

I moved the files to the server deleted the desktop one only renaming was the top folder that contained it all indesign files lnks movies, now the foilio buider say it can find source file keep getting an error.

Any sugestions would be welcomed
