Acrobat X 10.1.1 not printing to Network drive error

Tried to print to Adobe PDF and save file to network folder and it fails everytime with error when you look at the print que.

Can print to local drive without issue.

Running win7 64 bit Office 2010 32bit

Tried a previous suggestion of saving via the Create PDF option via the Outllok addin and it will work to Network folder, but when I do that I do not get the pictures that are part of the email like I do when I print locally.

Is there any fix to the print to network location?  It is not a networking issue as one tech person suggested, when I can write to the same directory via the Outlook add-in.  Should not have to write locally and then copy content when you are trying to print directly to a mapped drive.

When I do use the Outlook add-in I do not get the pictures that I do when I print locally via the print to PDF method

Thanks,

Chris

The use of networks have long been an issue and vary with the specific network. It is best to print locally and then copy or move the file to the network.

In the Change Conversion Settings in the Adobe PDF ribbon in Outlook, have you tried unchecking the box for "Block download of external content"?

It's possible that your network printing issue may be related to the Protected View feature that was introduced in 10.1. It test this you can temporarily turn off Protected View in the preferences under Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security. If it turns out to be the case, then I would strongly recommend turning it back on and adding the network printer location to the list of secure locations.
