Tried to print to Adobe PDF and save file to network folder and it fails everytime with error when you look at the print que.
Can print to local drive without issue.
Running win7 64 bit Office 2010 32bit
Tried a previous suggestion of saving via the Create PDF option via the Outllok addin and it will work to Network folder, but when I do that I do not get the pictures that are part of the email like I do when I print locally.
Is there any fix to the print to network location? It is not a networking issue as one tech person suggested, when I can write to the same directory via the Outlook add-in. Should not have to write locally and then copy content when you are trying to print directly to a mapped drive.
When I do use the Outlook add-in I do not get the pictures that I do when I print locally via the print to PDF method
Thanks,
Chris
Lori,
That seeting change worked for the Convert to PDF from Outlook. - thanks
I trouble shot some more and after toggling the print direct under the advanced tab on Adobe PDF printer, I was able to then print to the network. I then toggled the setting back to spool the job and it stayed functional. Looks like somethink is preventing the job from clearing the print que until I changed the Print spool settings.

It's possible that your network printing issue may be related to the Protected View feature that was introduced in 10.1. It test this you can temporarily turn off Protected View in the preferences under Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security. If it turns out to be the case, then I would strongly recommend turning it back on and adding the network printer location to the list of secure locations.
