Saving psd to jepgs keeping a 6 MG image size

Actually I am trying to do the opposite of save for web. Let say the wide size of a file in image size is about 3630, saving it to JPEG reduces it to

4,5 MB if you measure it in the OSX/ GET INFO.

That is quite small, can you keep an bigger size, about 6 MB, when measured in the OSX/get info

This does not make any sense. Why is it important to you to make a large JPG filesize? The point of JPG is to reduce filesize.
