Link help please please

I designed a website for a game I play, I would like to think it is 90% complete... but there is something that is giving me a hard time, the link to a few buttons will not work. For example if you are on the home page and click the "Killboard" button the home page will simply reload and I am sure the correct link is there. I don't know what is going on the same with a few navigation buttons. Can someone please please help me, I would really appreciate this. Thank you.

    No such problems here.  Tried to click on "Killboard" button and it did open kb page.  Perhaps, you need to clear your cache just in case it is re-loading from the cache using your old page.

    I believe I fixed the problem by not using hover buttons, thank you for taking the time to look at my issue, I really appreciate it.
