Adobe PDF Printer - How to print in 200dpi?

Hi,

I'm trying to set up Adobe PDF Printer to print tickets for a Danish football club, and I need it to print in 200dpi.

In the Print Quality drop down menu (in Adobe PDF Printer Settings) I can only choose presets (72, 144, 300, 600, 1200, 2400, 3600 or 4000dpi)?

Is it possible to add 200dpi to this list somehow?

Or is there another way to set the print quality to 200dpi?

Thanks.

All help is greatly appreciated.

\Martin

The Adobe PDF does not rasterize your document before printing. What OS are you running? What version of Acrobat? Can you attach a screen capture of what you are looking at?
