geoencoding from a gpx track does not encode altitude

Title says all. It should encode altitude too if it is in the file just like Jeffrey Friedl's plugin does. Also when clicking on the map it should either use google's altitude data or allow you to enter altitude manually.

Encoding with Google's altitude figures would be a very welcome addition for me. I also agree that the altitude field should be editable.
