I use windows7. I am able to manipulate phots with the cs5 . However, when I want to print the photo, I am only able to get a redish tinted photo. It looks like a sepia toned print except it has a redish or burgandy color. It does not matter if I select color or black and white print. I still get the samre redish print. My HP printer works well any other time. I can print color or black and white photos at any other time. When I am using Photoshop and want to print a photo that I have been working on I get redish tinted photos only. I am new to Photoshop. I have not used Photoshop before.
I am 62 and have been a photographer for 40 years. I am old school and have just now come into the digital age! LOL
I could use some help on this problem. I believe the problem may be in the "color Settings", but the settings screen is new to me and I have not messed with it.
On my printer settings I just choose either color print or black and white print any other time and have no problem.
I use an HP Officejet J4680 All in one printer.
I use Windows7 on a HP Compac Presario Notebook Computer.
Thanks for your time
