Webcam doesn't work: Kubuntu 10.04 x86_64 + Shockwave Flash 11.0 r1 64 bit

When I visit http://www.dovisio.com/ my Logitech Quickcam 4000 Pro (/lib/modules/2.6.32-37-generic/kernel/drivers/media/video/pwc/pwc.ko) doesn't work. "No webcam". The green webcam LED is activated for 2 seconds but that's it.

When you go to the webcam preferences in Flash Player settings, do you see your camera listed?  You might also want to go to our privacy settings panel and find the dovisio.com entry and set it to "Always Allow"

When you visit this page, does the camera fail?
