Documentation for MASTPlugin with VAST / VPAID

Hi there I am doing some research into configuring the MASTPlugin to work with VAST and Vpaid ad feeds. Unfortunately the documentation is very poor, and there is no such example. Using the trunk version of the player , and eventually figuring out how to configure it with the plugin, the plugin doesnt even load like so
