How do I step through video in Bridge?

I have a folder full of quicktimes.  I use Bridge to review them.  I can play and loop them just fine.  What I would like to do is be able to step through a video frame by frame.  Are there key commands for this?  I've tried obvious ones like the arrow keys, the greater than - less than keys, etc.  Nothing seems to work. 

 

Is there a way to step through the video frame by frame while viewing a video in Bridge?

    Think it is an all or nothing thing with Bridge.  Best bet would be a video editing program.
