So I'll assume that this widget:
a. Upon load (on first slide of course), makes a call to initiate tracking to an Adobe server (acrobat.com?).
b. With each interaction (slide advance, buttons/quizzes, etc.) delta data is sent to the Adobe server.
Admins/developers can view the data via...?
Correct?
Hi,
You are almost correct
The data is sent to Adobe sever - ALS.ADOBE.COM.
This data includes only numbers. Your content is "NEVER" sent to the server.
ACCC has a feature to send a snapshot of each slide to be stored in the server. This is shown as part of tool tip in the Dash board.
We intend to add an option for the Author to disable sending such a snapshot.
The Admins/Developers can see these numbers on the server in the raw form. Only Authors/Others Authorized by Authors have the right to see the Dashboard.

Thanks!
On that note - if there is a connection interruption/server problem and for whatever reason the ALS.ADOBE.COM server is not reached, what happens? Will it just be ignored and the user would not know anything? Or is there an exception thrown/displayed?
Thanks again. This is a very useful tool.
