I've been successfully using Adobe Bridge for years when it suddenly stopped working! (I use CS3 in Windows 7.) I have UNsuccessfully tried 1) uninstalling and re-installing Photoshop, as well as 2) uninstalling and re-installing the entire CS3 Suite. Too time consuming, and nothing worked! Bridge is such a dynamite program and I rely on it - I have hundreds of photos to finish sorting for my Dad (nearly 90) and my Mom (who recently passed away). Help, please! How do I get Bridge to start working again?
Curt, you're a most helpful genius! Your solution was elegant and effective. It also saved hours of time - unlike the time-consuming and hit-or-miss uninstal-reinstall attempts to get back Bridge on track, which wasted several hours and didn't work. Thank you so much for caring to contribute. I can now finish sorting these photos for my parents, one a memorial for my Mom, and one before my Dad's upcoming 90th birthday. May God bless you, too.
