Shockwave player crashes when I try to use my webcam on Chatroulette

Please, I need help with this issue...I've already reinstalled Flash Player, Shockwave Player and Google Chrome and it still doesn't work! (I've tried with lates version of IE also) I know quite a few people had problems with this, so I would really appreciate some help.
