The My Orders Download link doesn't respond

I'm attempting to download a product purchased December 30, 2011. The product displays on My orders page and the Download link displays. When I click Download, there's a 2-3 second pause and the information in the lower left of the screen indicates that the server is responding but eventually it displays Done with an error symbol that says "Target is null or not an object." I've cleared cache twice and closed my browser each time. Can you offer any other advice?

    Please try right clicking on the link and selecting open in a new window.  Which operating system and web browser are you using btw?  Do you have any pop up blockers or toolbars installed?

    Jeff, thanks so much for replying. I right-clicked and opened it in a new window, installed the Akamai installer and the bundle began downloading immediately. I'm using IE 8, no pop-up blockers, and only the IE toolbars. I did change a setting recently in Internet options but I can't track down what it was and everything else is working correctly. Anyway, thanks! - Barb
