Which file formats does the Bridge Output Module (Web Gallery) support?

I've searched all over but can't seem to find a list. I'm hoping it supports video, but can't seem to find a format that works. I know it exports Flash, but which import formats does it support?

FWIW, I'm still on CS4 but have access to CS5.5 if need be.

That's what it exports, but what I need to know is what formats the module will accept. For example, I know PSDs, JPEGs, TIFFs, PDFs... can work, but am not sure which video formats, if any.
