Importing Video Frames to Layers - Keeps Resizing

I imported a 853x480 video into photoshop with the frames to layers option (only 20layers/frames in total) to make a .GIF out of it. Though all the layers/frames size's convert to 680x420 without me resizing it myself. It just automatically happens even when I try other videos with LQ. There isn't anything wrong with the actual video file. It's a .mov file and works fine in quicktime along with the size. I'm just not sure why photoshop is resizing my layers/frames automatically when I haven't changed any of my settings. Help?
