Download problem

I go to the download page and select the download for CS5 on MAC using Snow leopard. What appears i a page with gibberesh on it and no link to install.

 

Several attempts have yielded the same result

 

How can I download  and install the proper file?

    I am having the same problem I am using Lion I have tried several times aslo

    Same problem. I have CS5 on Mac with OSx 10.6.1  Help please.

    Our download server is not transmitting the MXP MIME type in a way that Mac Safari browser can understand.  The download will work in Firefox and Chrome.  We are working on a permanent fix that will support all browsers.

    Firstly, please accept apologies for the difficulties you are having.

     

    We are seeing the problem when downloading via Safari, but are able to download the via other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.  The Adobe Labs staff are aware of the problem and are working on a fix so that the download will function correctly on Safari as well.

    Thanks so much. I had no problem downloading through Firefox.

    A permanent fix is in place.  ZXP and MXP files can now be downloaded on Safari and Chrome on Mac from the Labs download server.
