The CF10 update using HotFix hf-zeus-00001 did not apply for me. How have others gone with applying HotFix hf-zeus-00001 update?

Server Update > Updates says:

  
UpdatesInstalled

Error Occurred while reading update information - An error occured while Parsing an XML document.

Debugging & Logging > Log Files > update.log  says:  
 
Successfully downloaded hotfix_0001.jar at C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates

Tried to apply HotFix hf-zeus-00001 update manually:

C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates>

C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates>echo %JAVA_HOME%
C:\ColdFusion10\jre

C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates>echo %PATH%
C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;etc;C:\ColdFusion10\jre\bin

C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\hf-updates>java -jar hotfix_0001.jar

Prompts for Where is ColdFusion Zeus located

Offering

C:\ColdFusionZeus

Change that detail to correctly match setup

C:\ColdFusion10

The install seems to complete offering - Install Complete.

Tho upon logging in to CF Server Update > Updates  does not show update installed.

Things noticed
-ColdFusion 10 Application Server stops
-ColdFusion 10 Application Server reports as being started
-CFadmin keeps responding:
Service Temporary Unavailable!
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

-

Action taken
-Wait 15 minutes restart ColdFusion 10 Application Server
-Read thru Adobe_ColdFusion_Zeus_HotFix_1_Install_date_time.log seems to indicate success
