One of your people contacted me by email yesterday and I have no way to reply back as his email is a non-reply.
My support case is still open and my machine was fried thanks to a tech sending the wrong download link on
Feb 7 and a forum tech sending me to another link last week which finished my computer off.
The money I was saving for additional software was spent on a new machine and I would like to speak to a supervisor
concerning this and the fact that no one seems to respond to the Open Support cases and read what I posted yesterday
along with the conversation from the tech that emailed me that I cannot reply back to, what good is that?
Please have a supervisor call me.
