How?
They are utterly useless, only worth a RTFM reply and corrupt the main forum IMO. The only solution I have found is to mark all posts as read, but that defeats the purpose of the fora.
I also find them annoying , of no value and not in the freeflowing communication flow of a forum.
They are a meangingless question ..linked to a thread and usually answered with a link to another thread.
Who can be bothered following through on these and how does the original commentator get any benefit.
Only solution is to ignore any posts from Community Help

Our feelings are identical, but do you know of a way to block 'Community Help' showing up at all, block those posts as you can in your e-mail client? That would be the first thing I would do to my profile, block them permanently from showing up.
Occasionally I try to help people on the forum by answering questions, but these 'Community Help' threads really turn me off. What a disaster. ![]()
