crt in llvm

Hello,everyone! I have a program coded by c++. When I try to transform it to swc by alchemy, the code runs a very low performance.

I look up the code and I find that the llvm crt lib spends lots of time while "memset, memcpy" running.

I wonder what is the problem?Thank you! I use llvm g++ compile the c++ code in "CygWin"!
